We are once again getting together under the friendhip & neighbourhood spirit with Greece, Bulgaria & Turkey. We have formed a beautiful & dynamic circle of Iyengar Yoga lovers across the three borders. I am excited to study with Ephrat for the first time, a new breath and a new voice may bring a whole new opening in the practice & in our souls.
